Help! Crown CDi-1000 amp locked

Hello,

I'm in need of some help unlocking my amp I just bought from someone. Long story short, I have a home audio system including outside speakers, etc and want to use the Crown CDi-1000 to make them louder, etc. Issue is the thing is locked. I tried holding the two buttons at the same time but that didn't work. What do I need to do? I'm desperate to get this working. Any help would be great.

1) Read the manual!
2) Contact the person that sold it to you and ask them!

Yeah, I have no manual but I did read it online. Doesn't really say... I am trying to contact the person but of course they are MIA.

I gotta say, I've never heard of locking an amp before. I learn more every day.

I'm missing the green colored prong connector on the back where the channel 1 and 2 are. Is this a univeral connector I can buy anywhere like a Best Buy? Not sure why it wasn't sent to me with it but I'm missing that and a USB cord...

Is this amp hot? Kinda sounds like it.

Well, I bought it on Ebay. I'm starting to question it. Seller is hiding from me too.

The seller says it's definitely not. He just replied to me. So I guess I'll try to figure this out.

Yo tambien tengo un amplificador Crown CDI 1000 con el panel frontal bloqueado ayuda que me recomiendan lo e buscando tutoriales y nada

FWIW the green connectors sound like phoenix connectors....not unusual on pro amps.
