Help connecting PioneeR VSX 515 SYSTEM

I need very detailed advice please on connecting surround system to tv and blu-ray player? I mean DETAILED lol. i.e colors of composite cords, etc. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Your receiver does not have HDMI - however there is some info here,
which explains HDMI and other connections.

ok, I got the blue ray player to work with it but the tv still isn't going thru the speakers. help. can someone tell the connections using composite cables( red, white, yellow)

Ok, I ALMOST got it. Well, actually I did but I only got the 2 front speakers to work and I would really like the center speaker to work. Help?

Did you read the manual, that I linked in post number 3

Did you set the remote to play surround sound

Now Go To Page 23/24, on the left side of your receiver, you have some buttons
where you can select surround mode. >> Start by pushing the ST/Direct/AutoSurr
button - and see what that does.

sorry man didn't mean to be rude. instructions can be confusing for a non-techie, BUT I listened to you and found the adv surround sound button and now the center speaker works!! thx!!

You don't have the remote??? Just be aware that there are most likely some functions you won't be able to access without it. And, there's no excuse for not reading the manual now that it's been provided to you.
