Help Connecting Computer To receiver

If I were to hook up my computer to my receiver what type of cable must be used...please describe the cable.

This simplest solution would be a cable with 3.5 mm mini plug on one end and 2 RCA plugs on the other end. http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?&DID=7&Partnumber=249-084
Put the mini plug in your computer where you would plug in headphones or computer speakers, and put the RCA plugs in an appropriate input on the back of your receiver.
