Help: Broken binding post

One of the binding posts on my Denon 3803 is broken. Specifically, the part that screws in is missing the metal sleeve inside making connecting banana plugs impossible.

Is this easily fixable? ie going to radio shack, buying a binding post and using just the screw part that I need?

I have used www.partsexpress.com for those types of repairs as well.
