Hi,
I just joined and wanted to say hello to the community. I have a Onkyo 703 with a M282 2 channel amplifier that I biamped my Polk RTi10's speakers. I ran the base from my 282 amp and the high from my speakers outs on the Onkyo 703. Do you think I did this right? It does sound great. Any help would be appreciated. Looking forward to hear from you.

So you connected audio cables from the front left/right pre-out of the Onkyo receiver to the amp and speaker wire from the amp to the low frequency terminals of the speakers and then speaker wire from the receiver front/left speaker terminals to the high frequency inputs of the speakers?

That would be bi-amping and if it sounds good then you did it right.

Now whether or not that approach sounds 'better' than just using the receiver for all amplification is open to debate. ;)
