Just ordered a pair of bi-wire/bi-amp cables (four banana plugs on each end) from Heartland Cables in Omaha. Found them on e-bay and the prices were reasonable. Has anyone used them before?

One caution. You need to plug it into each other at the amp side. Hope yours will allow this. In another way: you need to use speaker A only for both wire + and -.

Not sure I understand your caution. My amp (soon to arrive Sunfire 200 5.1) has 4 speaker connects (Current and Voltage Source) for each of the front channel speakers. The speakers have six (lows, mids, highs). I will be connecting one pair to the Tweeter and one pair to the Mid/Bass linked with shorting plates.

I think I know what he is saying. Most recievers have channels for A and B for two sets of speakers and people might try to plug the bi-amp side into both channels thinking they are bi-amping the speakers.

I actually didn't even know about heartland cables until this post. I have bought my cables from Zebra Cables and have had no problems with them.
