I have the Yamaha RX-V2400 receiver and I need attach headphone that do not silence the other outputs. I know that when using the headphone jack on the front panel the signal is formatted down to stereo for the headphones and speaker outs are cut of but as I am partially deaf I need a headphone out while others hear the speakers. I suspect that the speakers will need be in 2-channel stereo OR my phones must pick up just the front two channels. What options do I have?

Thanks Nick, but I have multiple sources going into the receiver. I need some feed from the receiver its self. Maybe if I set mode to straight stereo I can tap of of the front speaker jacks? Or what about using s pre-out?

I need an answer that feeds from the RX-V2400

If you use the Yamaha in direct (or "pure direct") stereo mode, using the front pre outs on the Yamaha to one of the Behringer's will accomplish your goal. Also note that each of the Behringer's has inputs for four devices. That gives you flexability to be creative with different setups.
