Headphone Out Multi-Room Splitting

Hey guys I'm new and looking for some advice here as I can't seem to google my situation....

Raspberry Pi Headphone Out -> Buffer and Line Level Convert -> (Unknown Amplifier )

If I want to split my audio to three separate rooms will I need three amplifiers or do they make amplifiers with zones like receivers?

I'm looking to spend < $200 on the amplifier so maybe this is why I can't find what I'm looking for.

Please let me know if I worded this wrong or did not provide enough information.

Amplifiers come in all sorts of styles. If you have 3 rooms and a single source, then something like this may be what you are after:

You will need volume control of some sort for the 3 rooms as well.
