That kid should really sit farther away from the TV.

"The number of kids injured by a TV falling on them grew 125 percent between 1990 and 2011, according to a new study of emergency room records that calls for greater prevention efforts. Overall, more than 17,000 children under age 18 were treated each year for various TV-related injuries in ERs across the United States – that’s one child every half hour – during that time period, the study released Monday in the journal Pediatrics found."

You had better also tell them that they need to use long screws and go into studs (an inch or more) for the bracket, or that isn't going to solve the problem. And with some of the giant TVs, they had better do even better than that.

I would also like to add that maybe just maybe the kids need a little better supervision, electronics dont make the best babysitters unless of course your name is Alex :)

On the plus side, you can't get your arm stuck inside a TV... Under it perhaps, but nearly impossible to get an arm stuck inside.
