I'm trying to decide between these two receivers. The Denon does offer HDMI 1.3a and thus the ability to decode DTS-HD and TrueHD....should this not be taken into consideration in weighing the options? The Yamaha RX-V661 offers the 1.2 version and although one can purchase a DVD player with built in decoding of DTS-HD, etc. is it just easier (more cost effective) to purchase the receiver with decoding already in place? I can get these two receivers for the exact same price. Other than that the features aren't too different. Thoughts?
