Hello All,
I just bought a new receiver and was pretty pump but quickly deflated, with a lot of phone calls/web searching, my issue was not having HDCP 2.2 compliance HDMI cables now resolving that issue i am faced with a new one.
Issue i am having is switch back and forth from different HDMI ports via the buttons on the receiver and not getting a display.
If i am using the shield TV (on the selected HDMI port on the receiver) and then switch to watch my local cable box (by selecting the proper HDMI port/button on the receiver) and then switch back to the shield, i don't get a display. The workaround i found was to unplug the HDMI from the TV and then plugging it back in and then the display would come back on. But the weird thing is if i go back to the cable box i will get a display. Any help would be great.

Equipment:
TV:
LG 65UF9500
Receiver:
Integra DRX 3.1
Android box:
Nvidia Shield TV
HDMI Cable:
1 @ 6' long (Android box to Receiver) , 1@12' long (receiver to TV) both of these are HDCP 2.2 compliance (hooked
1 @ 6' long (Cable box to receiver) just normal high speed/with Ethernet

Exactly, what cables do you have? Are any of them called Redmere?

Make sure CEC and HDMI control are turned off, turn off ARC and read the manual for the setup and troubleshooting steps. Also, look for anything that's called Deep Color and turn it off.

Thanks highfigh for you reply,
All my CEC and HDMI control, ARC were off already, BUT what fixed the issue was turning off the Deep color on the receiver and TV.

Thanks again,:)
