hdmi problem with RX-V2600

I have a Yamaha DVD-S2500, Yamaha RX-V2600, and Panasonic projector.
I use hdmi from dvd to RX and hdmi from RX to projector.
The video works fine.
I can't seem to get the audio from the hdmi to come out the speakers.
I've tried everything in the gui, I think.

Can anyone help?

you may have to assign one of the digital inputs to the dvd playler.
