No, that will not work.
The DVI connection on the back of the receiver (per the pdf file you linked to) is a DVI-D connector, which means it is only a digital connection.
You will either have to use a DVI-D connector on your TV, which you don't have, or you will need to use the component input.
The component connection is the only one you will be able to utilize. If you don't have enough component inputs, you can pick up a manual component video switcher at Target or Wal-Mart for about 20 or 30 bucks. They aren't ir controlled, but cost a lot less than a new A/V receiver w/component video switching on it.
