I have the job of rewiring a 15 year old reciever using 18-4 spearker wire. I am having problems with my left front. There is sound coming out of it but it is much lower than front right speaker. If i change the balance on the reciever to left only, nothing is coming out, when i move it to neutral or right, it works. I switched speakers so know if has to be the wiring. Also where would a sub woofer be connected to a reciever. I have it connected at the box and it is on. just not sure how to test it. WIRES ARE ALL RUN THRU THE WALL SO REAL WAY OF KNOWING WHAT IS WHAT. most are market but not all.
