Hello, I bought an anthem mrx 500 in which I am trying to use the Room Correction. The issue is when trying to use the program it always tells me ( Measurement procedure failed. Failed to find a microphone calibration file ) I installed the Anthem Arc1M that comes with the system in my computer which has windows 10 professional. I reconfigure the microphone to work with windows and It's working perfectly. I don't know why this message comes out everytime I open it to calibrate my anthem. Please help me. I would appreciated very much and thank you for your effort.
