This kinda seems like the Caddy of remotes and I'm thinking of gettin one, but the only question I have is, is it able to operate Canadian satellite systems (bell expressvu/starchoice)?

Try the Test Drive at the Logitech website. It allows you to go through the setup routine as if you had the remote already.

Even if the remote codes are not in the Harmony database, it can learn commands from any remote.

I love my Harmony. I don't know how I lived without it. :)

I have the 880 and Bell and it works fine. I have the 9200 receiver and it operates it great. It does have a small amount of lag when changing channels and bringing up the guide but after 2 days I was very used to it and dont' even notice it anymore.

I picked up a 550 for $80 on sale and love it, hard to imagine not having one now. My wife can now sit down and do anything she wants without calling me to ask how to do it. The setup was simple and allows a lot of custimization and learning of new commands. All of my devices were already in the database when I first setup. I still need to get in and adjust a few things, but these are just personal preference things.

Also check out the Harmony website, they have an excellent forum there so you can ask questions of other users.

I have the 885 and I absoluetly love it. I'm sure all of your hardware is in the harmony database and on the off chance that it isn't, it has a decent learning-function. Go and buy it.

I have the 659 and it operates all my equipment just fine. For my Panny receiver, I had to get it to learn a few buttons, but it works great, it even works better than the original remote. As far as satelite, I have the Bell 3100 and all features are available on my 659.
