Harmon Kardon AVR 700 wont auto switch to dish?

I use the CRC or Audio return channel on my Sharp Aquos.
Everything works fine,

My issue is when Im done with netflix the AMP shows "TV" because thats the audio return channel or the Netflix audio and video from the HDMI CRC return channel, (hope thats clear!)

So now it just REFUSES to change back to HDMI 1 where Dish Network is!
I press it, the auto switching moves ONLY the HDMI (Not the CD, Radio, DVD) Just the Amps HDMI inputs
REFUSE to go to HDMI 1 (Im free to switch to CD or Radio just fine) And the switch is not warn out or gummed up.

Example, I press "Source" on the Harmon Kardon AVR 700 and when it gets to any HDMI the amp display blinks, DIgital, PCM, H, D
and immediatey changes from HDMI 1 to 2, then 3 then 2 then 1 then 3.

If im lucky, after about 20 presses it goes back to HDMI 1.

Any ideas?

Also, I BELIEVE this issue starts only after watching the Smart TV features like Netflix.
Then it just point blank REFUSES to let go even with the TV off.

My universal remote and a macro setting actually does nothing to get back to Dish network HDMI 1.

I hope my post was not a complete confusing mess,

WHen I use the macro to watch dish network the TV actually does do its job but the amp is on LSD.

Is this a hidden setting in the amp? What is "APC" within the amp?

Someone with a HK receiver can give you specific tips. In the meanwhile, all I can say is that CEC and ARC seem to be causing handshaking issues. Can you get the switching to happen reliably with it turned off?

With CRC off I get no audio.
But very insightful, yes it works fine with CRC disabled then but its locked on HDMI 1 and flashes PCM.
I have looked into the "PCM" as a possible issue but no luck and it might not even be that!

With the HK amp CEC activated it blinks,
