Harman kardon AVR 745

I've been looking to upgrade my receiver and found a Harman Kardon 745 for $400.

I would like your guys' opinion on the receiver and the price.

a 7.2 receiver at 85 wpc, HK's 85 watts are like 110 of pioneer or yamaha. so its very powerful. the only thing that i dont like is the fact that its up conversion is 720p, mainly cuz of it being old. not sure about the price, compare on ebay.
