Hello. I got my AVR 354 out of storage after 3 years and when I turned it on, all the lights on the front panel LCD came on and stayed on. I tried a processor reset and that just made none of the lights come on. If I leave it unplugged a few minutes then all the lights come on again. I tried reinstalling the latest firmware, but same issue. I haven't fully tested everything else, but the menus show up fine on the TV and I can switch between the different sources. I looked inside to make sure there were no obviously damaged components, loose wires, etc. and everything looked fine. Does anyone have an idea what is wrong and how to go about fixing it? Thanks in advance.

Take the top cover off...
Check all of the ribbon cable connections some have connectors, others the cable slips into a port. Push each down firmly..
These often work loose over time and handling....

Just my $0.02... ;)

I'll give it another look. Thanks for the reply.

No luck unfortunately. I may just try contacting the company, though I'm sure their response will be to take it to an authorized repair shop.
