Harman Kardon 3480???

Is the Harman Kardon 3480 a decent stereo reciever? I would be listening mainly with headphones. I just want something reliable and decent sounding. Amazon has them new for $220. What problems have people had with this unit? I have heard that H/K's reliability has been questionable lately.

i'm guessing the only reason HK has lots of "problems" is because they are selling crap loads of their items
