I am trying to keep the work load light today as I am burned out from our SOTU event.

My greatest reward today was when my 18 month old daughter came up to me, gave me one of her favorite toys and said "happy birthday daddy".

It made me melt and realize that although I am getting older and my back isn't as strong as it once was, my spirit is more fullfilled than ever before.

Gene, just be sure to cherish it. It seems like only yesterday that my daughter was that age. In other words, times passes us by much faster than what most people realize. In fact, my daughter will be 20-years old on November 3rd or (1) week from today. I am still having a hard time swallowing that one if you know whaty I mean. Anyways, have a blessed day!
