I have a set of B&W 802N that have some pieces broken off for clipping on. Are there repair kits for this or a way of adapting magnets on it? Also are there any up grades to the speakers or crossovers?

Look over these various grill attachment bits and see what size you need:

Using magnets in the grills also requires magnets or steel screws in the front of the cabinet to line up with the grill magnets. A nice way to do this is to sink the cabinet front magnets into the front and then hide them under the veneer or paint finish. Your speakers are already finished so I don't think you have that option.

Also are there any up grades to the speakers or crossovers?
None that I know.
