To add to the question
You either have to say I have this much money period, and I want to find the best that I can get for that much money. Or....
You go this is what I want, this is what I would like.....how long will it take me to get the money for some thing in the middle? And then you go from there.
Most of the time the whole "Quaility per buck" comes into play. And people most of the time shell out the extra loot for the better quaility. And you adjust how much you are willing to spend. Power windows on your car vs non-powered. Is it worth the extra 300 bucks?? Powered seat?
I say it happens a lot.
