Gr-10 Ht Amp?

I need some advice on a home theater amp for my MA GR-10's,I have done some research and found that brands like Adcom,Parasound,and Musical Fidelity are my best choices.2 ch. and at least 100-200w,anyone have any suggestions?

I suppose they are speakers? What impedance and sensitivity?
