Hi there,
I got a pretty good deal at Tweeters and gave back my 3805 and got a brand new 3806 instead. I'll start setting it up by this weekend though.
In the meantime, after a brief reading at manual (sucks, as usual), I saw the bi-amping instructions, which seems to be quit simple now.
As far as I remember, when Clint wrote the 3805 review, he mentioned that it was possible to bi-amp the unit, with a much more complicated procedure.
Just want to be sure whether such procedure is that simple now (with the3806). I never bi-amped before, so I'll just try it to see if there's any difference in sound performance though.
Back to the instructions manual, it's amazing how Denon still persists in doing such a p*s (obviously written by a Japanese Electronic Engineer - in Japanese - and then translated to English by someone with a very poor knowledge in electronics...).
I've been a pretty happy Denon owner over the years, so I'm basically sure that the 3806 won't disappoint me at all (3805 was top notch as well).
Cheers / Avliner.
