Here in Florida we buy our "supplies" before the store. If you wait till the storm passes to loot your supplies, you'll miss many good hours of drinking time during the storm.

Now your assuming that's his old lady. You sure he didn't pick her up along the way as "hurricane supplies". She could be part of a special FEMA relief program.
