Good Deal? Denon 4311

I just purchased a denon 4311 open box from best buy for $1000. It dosent have the remotes but they gave me one from another model that works. It does come with the mic the manual and the antenna. I tested it out on my system and it works beautifully. Fully cranked it kicks ***. So is it a good deal or should I pick one up open box from audioholics for 1299? does audioholics charge tax in cali?

That's a pretty good deal for a 4311.

But since I don't care for Audyssey XT32, I would rather just get an open box Denon 3310/3311/3312 for around $500.
