Hello All,

My father in-law has a 60" rear-projection LCD that is a few years old. It is a Sony, though I am not sure what model. On all inputs (DVI, Component, etc.) there is a bit of ghosting. It is constant, though mostly notable with with dark colors on lighter backgrounds. As it is not input specific, are there any setting on the TV I should play with to fix it? Could the bulb be loose, or is there any other user-accesible things to adjust? Thanks for the help.

One other note: it is not motion-blur. It happens on still images as well.

Thanks

You didn't indicate if this is something new, or just now getting attention.
It almost sounds like something went out of alignment. Did anything happen to that TV?
Not sure a bulb can cause that. You may need to have an ISF calibrator have a look at it?
