Getting e-mail notifications from audioholics

How do I get e-mail notifications to responses of threads that I've contributed (if that's what u want 2 call it) to? I can't figure out how to set that up in my profile. Thanx ahead.

go to "user CP" at the top left of this forum
go to "Edit options"
under "messaging and notification"
under "Default Thread Subscription Mode"
select "instant email notification" from the drop down menu

if you want specific threads ONLY

go to "thread tools" at the upper right portion of each thread
select "subscribe to this thread"
