Hi to all. I have set up a small audio system in my extension consisting of a Panasonic DVD/CD player, LG Blu-ray player, Vizio 55" TV, a Harman Kardon 3700 2-CH Audio Network receiver (85 wpc), Axion Audio M22 Bookshelf speakers with the latest Apple TV received as a Christmas gift. I am soon to be replacing the Axioms with a pair of Wharfedale Jade 3 Bookshelf speakers.
My question is how do I get the best sound from my Apple TV system, iTunes library and other music off my wifi network since the HK Rcvr only has an ethernet port and I cannot connect it this way without drilling a hole from the living room next door which I do not want to do. I saw somewhere that there is a device called a WiFi bridge that can connect my WiFi network to my HK rcvr via an ethernet cable from the bridge device??? Right now my Apple TV is able to play my music from iTunes through my TV which is connected to my HK Rcvr via RCA cables and it sounds okay but I want to make sure that I am getting the best sound from all of my components? Thanks to all responding members.
