FYI Tiger Direct = No Returns Policy. Period

Tiger Direct changed ownership and is now under the PCMall/MacMall umbrella. The new policy is no returns on any product period.

Why would you purchase a company just to run it out of business? That is certainly what that policy is meant to do. It can have no other effect that I can see.

Update: They are indeed liquidating. So the policy makes sense. I've never had an issue with TG.

It has been since the 60's. Cutthroat marketing and slim margins on most stuff. the $$ is to be made in selling cables and, in the old days, phono cartridges.
