Furniture Help Needed

Have a sony HDTV that I( love except for the FAN in the TV Box is noisy. Wondering if anyone can recomend any contempory AV furniture or web sites of manufactuers that produce AV furniture with glass or otherwise doors that will close to nulify that fan sound. Thanks in advance.

Only drawback to your criteria is the fact that the fan is there to dissapate heat and if you close the unit up enough to not hear the fan you may defeat its purpose.......heat is not your friend

That IS a dilemma. Maybe there is a mod to replace the fan with something that pushes more volume at less RPMS? have you contacted any dealers or repair shops to see if this is a common complaint?
