Had Click with Adam Sandler on.He was in his car and a kid asks him what kind of stereo. He replies "you know what,I never checked" and the kid replies "my dad has a Bose in his". Sandler replies "your fathers stereo blows,that's to bad" and drives off.

I think we should start a trend of using "...is the Bose of..." as an insult for other things.
For example: "Thomas Kincade is the Bose of painting" (no real artistic merit, but women think they look pretty in the living room so he sells them by the truckload.)

Art is entirely subjective. Speakers are only partially subjective, so this analogy doesn't work so well.

I wan't really picking on him per se (though I do think that he simply repeats the commercial formula he developed years ago and never does anything new), I was primarily giving an example of using "...is the Bose of..." in a sentence.
