I've got several cd's that are recorded in full digital like Tracy Chapman. This cd sounds incredible, it's tough to see what your actually buying nowadays. So is there a place that lists what cd's are full digital recordings.

I don't want the SACD's or DVD-A discs.

Not sure if this really helps you or not, but they supposedly are heavy into uncovering/promoting audiophile music here:

I'm not very familiar with that site, but it might be worth looking over. It might not help you, but it's the best I could come up with.

I prefer digitally produced CDs as well. I have a Jerry Douglas CD that says in the literature that it was "produced on old fashioned reel to reel tape". WHY??? In this day and age why use tape??? I can hear the hiss in quiet passages and at the beginning and end of each song! It sounds great otherwise but why go through the hassles of noise reduction and tape in general when PCs have made high quality digital recording easier (and cheaper) than ever?
