I hate to do this but I just can't justify holding on to this any longer. I've played it twice in the month I've had it, the first day I hooked it up and a couple weekends ago. I've had absolutely no problems with the unit and I say it has no more than 4-5hours of playtime total.

I would doubt that it is transferable, but certainly I can't see where they would know if a person moved.
(or was stationed elsewhere, and brought the unit with them, etc...)
^that was just an example.
