The OmegaStar 440EX amp (220x2) is a superb sounding amp with enough power to drive anything you throw at it. Built like a tank. The Ultra DAC with 12AT7A (ECC81 tubes) is a piece that Frank claims to be one of his best designs. It actually puts you "right" there in the performance. The musical reproduction is just awesome. Digital glare & haze are completely gone from all CD's. A stellar performer. I received the DAC the 1st week in Dec 07. It also comes with the remainder of the 3yr warranty.
