FS: tSC ASW-8 subwoofer

Selling an almost 2 year old ASW-8 sub from The Speaker Company.

Sub is in perfect working condition, and 7/10 cosmetically - there are some small blemishes, but overall in good shape.

I have the original packaging/manual.

$60 + shipping. Payment via paypal (no fee) or USPS money order.

It looks to be a nice setup. I'd buy it myself if I wasn't so crunched with everything else. I know that doesn't help you right now, but maybe someone else will be swayed into buying it. For God sakes man, she's only 50 dollars!

Considering the similarly performing Energy commonly sells for twice this, I'd have to agree. I don't like the finish on the Energy, it shows scratches too easily, certainly looks fine next to an old PS3 though.

Yeah, it's basically a clone of the ESW-8... although tSC didn't actually admit this.

I had both at one point, and the only differences that were obvious were the cabinet feet on the Energy and the ribbed surround on the Energy sub. The cone material, enclosure size/weight, and amp all appeared identical.

There was a guy at AVS that actually opened both up and claimed the "guts" were identical.
