- HP E3630A Triple Output Power Supply 0-6V, 0-2.5A/0 20V,0.5A - $150
- HP 6237B Triple Output Power Supply 0-18V,0-1A / 0 20V 0-0.5A - $40
- HP Agilent 8116A 50 MHz Pulse / Function Generator - $175
- HP 8111A Pulse Function Generator 20MHz - $125

All work, all come with power cords. Meters come with test leads.

As for the shipping it depends what exactly do you want.
PS is quite heavy and generators are not light either.
