FS: SVS CS-Ultra central FL

There is a guy locally who wants to buy one of my SVS CS-Ultra subwoofers.

I don't want to split up the dual package though unless I find someone to buy the other Ultra. Unfortunately I can only sell locally because I don't have the shipping box for either sub.

Anyone interested in central Florida? Space coast area but I can deliver to other areas that aren't too far away.

Sub was bought March 2005 so it is going out of warranty coverage this month. Great condition though, no cosmetic flaws. I'm thinking $450 or best offer.

I've also got a Behringer EP2500 that I would be selling but not unless the subs go first.

The price you are asking is very reasonable. If you were somewhere else, I know someone who would be interested, but as it is, I can only wish you good luck. And also ask, why on earth are you selling your SVS CS-Ultras? I have a pair of them, and I plan on keeping them for life!

I'm planning to order a whole new HT setup from av123 in a couple months, including a pair of MFW-15. Plus I want to consolidate my equipment rack somewhat, getting rid of a power amp and an equalizer would be nice.

If anybody buys the whole CS-Ultra package for $800 I will include my SVS "The Bass Authority" wall plaque. Package is CS-Ultra, Behringer EP2500, Furman Q-1311 equalizer, and necessary cables for everything.

I have found a buyer for the amp and EQ, so just the CS-Ultra is available now.

Price drop to $350.

If anybody wants to have this shipped to them, you can pay SVS to send me a box for the sub and I will ship it to you in the proper box. That's going to add cost accordingly so take that into account. Getting the box shipped to me should be under $100 though.

Still not sold. My MFW-15s are shipping this week so the SVS needs to go.

I can take the CS-Ultra to Majorloser's July 12th event if anybody is traveling into town and might be interested.

does this sub need an external amp? If so do have one for it?

It needs an external amp. You can use a plate amp, a pro amp, or even a conventional audio amp like an Adcom.

I already sold the amp that I was using, it was powerful enough to run 2 CS-Ultras so for just 1 Ultra you should optimally have about 500-700 watts available.
