I'm the original owner, this was in my family room rack. As usual, I'm posting this on here first before eBay.
Plays Blu-Ray, DVD, CD, SACDs, DVD-A, MP3, WMA, AAC and DivX.
Fantastic picture quality and sound quality. The HQV Realta it has chip does an amazing job, and it can output Dolby True HD, DTS-HD, and Masters Audio natively.
Sound quality is superb for both SACD and CD, I never tested DVD-A too crtically.
Here's what I like:
Balanced outputs, this can be used for a badass two channel setup. The analog outputs of this are far superior to the Oppo I'm using now (I'm not using the oppo for analog, but I did test it).
Excellent picture and sound quality
The regular DVD upscaling is amazing, it's better than the Oppo I'm using now in my opinion.
Built quality is amazing, don't be surprised if it's heavier than your receiver. Not saying thats a reason for quality, but, there is some 'stuff' in here to make it that heavy haha, and it isn't the enclosure because that's similar to their other products.
Here's what I don't:
Slow loading times for Blu-Ray. It's really slow. You can wait up to 2 minutes for a Blu-Ray to load. That didn't really bother me after I got used to it, but the newer players load much faster.
It isn't 3D.
I mentioned slow loading times, but I also felt that it's sluggish in the menu systems of Blu-Rays .
