FS: Acculine Asub

This sub is about 5 months old and in excellent condition - it works perfectly, and no amp hum. I'm the original owner - so it's been in a smoke free/pet free home, and it hasn't been put through any torture tests or overworked at all.

I have the original packaging, manual, ect. I am willing to ship at buyer's expense from 21234, or local pickup is also acceptable.

I bought this for $239 + shipping brand new. I'm asking for $210 (+ any shipping expenses) - USPS money order or paypal (please add 3%). These are currently out of stock @ Audio Insider, so here's a site with some spec info, and a review:

Basic specs:
10" composite cone driver
150W RMS amp
25-150Hz (25Hz is -3db point - I called Jon Lane of Audio Insider to confirm this)
18.1″ H by 12.6″ W by 17.7″ D
listed at 56lbs, but actually a little lighter - the shipping weight is 53lbs.

Since it's not clear from the specs, this is a bottom ported sub.

I didn't think it'd be so tough to sell this. I may end up keeping this and selling the Mirage Prestige S10 I just got if I can sell it without taking a big hit...

Was waiting for the Scamp-10 but it was delayed for almost a year and have been price adjusted from $190 to $300 which is ridiculous. I was also looking at X-sub for $180 but it has been discontinued. This one get better rating than the x-sub so I am looking forward for it.

I had an x-sub before the Acculine, and the Acculine definitely outperforms the x-sub in terms of output and punch. In my opinion, they are on par in terms of SQ...which is a good thing, since the x-sub has a good reputation for that.

I was actually waiting around on the Scamp as well, but decided it wasn't worth the wait...so I bought the Asub.

Yeah, still using the Prestige S10 that's listed in my sig. It was an impulse buy. I think it's a little better than the Asub, but it also cost me more. And it would've been about $60 to send it back to Vann's, so I figured rather than take the hit on a brand new sub, I'd sell the Asub since I got some use out of it.
