Finally convinced my wife I need a sub to "round out" the system. Due to room aesthetics and the Mrs. I will have a limted number of locations to place the new sub.......my question is would a down firing sub be more omnidirectional than a front one?? The floor has failry thick carpeting if that makes a difference to the question??
I've learned a lot since joining this forum but am still in the fact gathering phase before blowing part of our tax return this year on the new sub.
