Audiophyte
I am a newbie on this forum.

I searchng for a complete new set of components. And asking you out there fotr advice. (I shall be told that my ears will be the judge)
My livingroom is 6 x 4 meter. My budget is 3k euro. I live in the Netherlands, that can influence the brands aivability.

I am not (yet) a audiophile. But I want to buy, within the given limits, top notch material.
I guess 50 % will be listening music, 20 % radio, 20 % TV and 10 % movie.

So my first assumption is to start with a 3.1 speaker set-up.
Aldo the uses of the system indicates a stereo-amplifier and cd-player is the most approbiate, I'll go for an AV-receiver with a Blue-Ray-player.
I have a short-list for components:
1)Marantz SR5008 + UD5007 = 1200 euro
2)Denon AVR-X2000 + DBT-1713UD = 800 euro
3)Pioneer VSX-826 + BDP-440= 685 euro

For speakers: (Floorstanding (bi-ampted), Centre and Sub)
A) Klipsch RF 62 II, RC 62 II + SW-112 = 1800 euro
B) Q Acoustics 2050i, 2000 Ci + 2070Si = 1635 euro

I assume I'll get some discount. You can help me if you have a 'clean and simple' technical advice why an option you prefer. (So I don't have to ask dr. Google what you means)

I most interested in your opion of the character of the mentioned components/speakers.
And last, but least: 'Is there an added value in quality, if I put an amplifier betweeen the av-receiver and the speakers. And what effect that the processing of the codecs)

Looking for your respons,
With regards, Maerten
The Netherlands

I can't address your entire list, but I do have one change you might consider. If your expected usage is only 10% movies, you're probably not that dependent on video features offered by the Marantz receiver. While it is an excellent receiver (I use an SR6008 and love it), if your primary focus is audiophile performance, consider getting a Cambridge Audio Azur 351R receiver instead. There's no video upscaling, no internet radio streaming, no Zone 2, nor much of anything other than pure, beefy power. It does decode popular multichannel codecs though.

That's not to say the Marantz wouldn't be a good choice. But the Cambridge is worth reading about and considering.

If you choose to stick to your short list, I've got to say choose the Marantz over the Denon and Pioneer. (See What makes a Marantz different from a Denon?)

And last, but least: 'Is there an added value in quality, if I put an amplifier betweeen the av-receiver and the speakers. And what effect that the processing of the codecs)
See Receivers vs. Separates. The only thing I'll add to that is this: If you think it's a possibility that you might later add an external amp (maybe something like the Dared DV-6C tube amp?) then the Marantz SR series receiver is the only one mentioned by either you or me so far with appropriate pre-amp outs.
