Looks they couldn't figure out the value of their new ES1010i subwoofer until Gene did his review. What's up with that!

$499 should be the standard price and not put it on sale as often. EMP has to be one of the most unstable ID brands when it comes to pricing, it seems to bounce around quite often. It might start turing people away or they would lose money on normal priced sales, cause people will just wait till they hit rock bottom prices.

Hmm I based my review on a $499 price but if they raise the price it will of course lower the value rating I assigned it at the time.

If you click into their product page it says $499:
EMP Tek ES1010i Subwoofer

The $399 price was a short term sale as they are probably trying to get this product in as many hands as possible to gain some traction.

But......according to their website the ES1010i Subwoofer (Compare at $850.00 each MSRP) is priced well below the MSRP!

Worth a laugh if nothing else. Wonder how many they'd sell if priced at $850?

They sure do make nice looking cabinets though.

I agree, they look nice. In pictures, that is a better looking product than my $6000 JL subwoofer. lol. Of course, the quality probably looks/feels different in person.

I guess it depends on what page you view. This link says $599

I think the MSRP is for the RBH version of the EMP ES1010i, thats sold through dealers. RBH has listed on there site the RBH Impression series so those probably carry a larger price in dealers than EMP online.
