Gefen makes a wide variety of extenders that utilize video and/or audio over UTP or Cat 5 cable. I haven't used the HDMI extender, but during my days building TV stations we employed the use of several DVI and VGA extenders made by Gefen, and they performed superbly. I'm glad to see them offer a product that works with existing home coax cable - this may simplify many DIY installs.

I may have to pick one up myself, just because.
