2. Include a picture of the item if possible.
3. State your price or allow forum participants to engage in disclosed bidding in the forum (we suggest simple first come, first serve transactions for simplicity).
4. Address how you will ship the item and at what cost
5. Always contact the buyer within 24 hours after accepting a transaction.
6. Follow through and communicate well - use of the AH Classifieds forum is AT YOUR OWN RISK!
We DO NOT guarantee any sales, nor do we accept ANY responsibility for transactions gone bad. Online transactions have built-in risk by nature. We recognize this and advise all of our readers to take precautions and sell items at their own risk.
Audioholics.com Classifieds User Agreement
Audioholics.com Classifieds is a service designed to facilitate the exchange of legal goods between individuals seeking an efficient and economical way to buy, sell, or trade. This service is available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable laws. No minors (under 18 years of age) may participate in any of the Audioholics.com services which require this agreement.
The Audioholics.com Classifieds service is concerned with the posting of information about goods and services for purchase, sale, or trade and is in no way involved with any other element of transaction between the consenting parties. The user agrees to abide all applicable laws and to conduct all transactions with honesty, integrity, and in good faith. Participation in the Audioholics.com Classifieds service requires that the user assume all the risks involved in dealing with people who may not be acting in good faith. All disputes between participants will in no way involve Audioholics.com. Acceptance of this agreement indemnifies Audioholics.com and its owners, partners, affiliates, and all of their employees, against any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the instigation of this agreement or the use, misuse, or inability to use the products provided. Audioholics.com and its owners, partners, affiliates, and all of their employees are hereby indemnified against all legal action taken against the User pursuant to the content of their advertisement and/or the performance or lack thereof of any sales or services promised by the User.
Use of the Audioholics.com Classified service is also incumbent upon the User’s agreement to:

<li>Sell or trade only legal goods</li>
<li>Sell or trade only goods legally owned by the User </li>
<li>Post no libelous, defamatory, threatening, or harassing statements </li>
<li>Transmit no malicious computer programs or viruses via the Audioholics.com Service or to any Audioholics.com system or to any Audioholics.com participant </li>
<li>Take no action which is designed to defraud or injure any Audioholics.com agency or any Audioholics.com Classifieds participant in any way whatsoever. </li>
<li>Abide by all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations governing commerce between consenting participants</li></ul>The User agrees to accept Audioholics.com Service on an as-is and as-available basis. Audioholics.com makes no guarantees regarding system performance. Audioholics.com does not warrant that the Services provided will have any specific effect or result.
The User agrees to grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicenseable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise all copyrights and publicity rights, in any existing or future media, to all data the User posts through the Audioholics.com service. This does not extend to credit card numbers, checking account numbers, or any other confidential financial information.
No Agency. The User and Audioholics.com are strictly independent contractors and form no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchisor-franchisee relationship through this agreement or any interaction related to the Audioholics.com Classifieds service.
Any failure on the part of Audioholics.com to identify a violation of this agreement and/or enforce a remedy shall not constitute a waiver of any provisions governing such violations.
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Florida. The User and Audioholics.com agree to submit exclusively to the Jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, Florida in regards to any cause of action arising from this Agreement.
This Agreement is subject to periodic revision. Any changes or amendments shall be considered in force 30 (thirty) days after posting on this page.
Posting in this forum constitutes complete acceptance of the terms of this Agreement and a promise to make every effort to abide by these terms.</font>
