Hey that's a good recrord! I could see it now, someone buys the place, closes on it and the very next day Sunrise gets hit with the worst hurricane FL has ever seen...

wow, ur sure not helping him sell the condo, kinda disconcerning coments if someone was reading that may actually be interested, how would you feel if you were trying to sell something and someone kept talking about how bad it could be

So, East coast and south get hurricanes, west coast gets earthquakes and mudslides, the north is to close to canada and to cold. The midwest is just horrible 120 degrees in summer and negative 20 in winter.....what to do?
