These speakers were purchased brand new, from an Authorized Paradigm dealer in early 2003. They are also in excellent working condition, with no scratches or scuffs on the finish. There is a small superficial scuff on one 8 inch bass driver cone, but that was there when I purchased them and Paradigm stated it sometimes occurs during driver production. The scuff in no way effects the Driver or the sound.
