Focal Chorus 726V - Amplification

Thanks for taking a moment for another one of "those threads", I've targeted a power amp as my next logical upgrade. I spent some time searching the forum regarding power amps and Focal on the board. Reading here has led me to two scenarios:

1) Dual Outlaw Audio 2220s vs Monolith 2x (~$1k): There's not much said about the new 2220's, they're also the cheapest.
2) Cambridge Audio Azur 851w vs Anthem MCA 225 (~$2k): These two amps both look to be well made, and offer great support/warranty it seems.

Does doubling my money buy me anything? Or should I just stop thinking and buy?

My setup is multi-use on my main floor, open floor-plan living room. I'd estimate 50% music, 30% TV, 20% movies.

Current Setup:
Yamaha TSR-7810 (aka rxv-781, I believe)
Focal Chorus 726V L/R
Focal Chorus CC700V Center
TC Sounds TC2+ 12" + 500w BASH plate amp - sealed
Focal 100ICW6 - In-ceiling as surrounds
Chromecast Audio + Schiit Modi 2 Uber DAC
Denon DP300F + Ortofon 2M Red

I used to own the Focal 826V. It seems I could power them with any AVR. So you probably don't need an amp to improve SQ.

But if you just DESIRE an amp like most audiophiles :D, then I would go for at least the Monolith amp since it's built by ATI, which is a big-time amp company who has made amps for the likes of Mark Levinson, Lexicon, Cary Audio, and owns Theta Digital, B&K, and DataSat.

And I think most people would say that ATI-made amps are probably "better" than Cambridge and Anthem.

Otherwise, just stick to you trusty Yamaha AVR. :D

A pair of Outlaw Audio 2220 would be an affordable way to drive your Focal 726Vs and one way to go. The Monolith would be another option. You don't have to spend more as both of them are well rated. It's no use spending a lot more money on electronics. See this review which was competently done:
