Flat panel LCD VS. Rear projection DLP

Hey guys I am trying to see what peoples opinions are on these two technologies. I will be using it heavily for console gaming and movies.

I am looking at a 52" 1080p Mitsubishi WD52631 rear projection dlp or a flat panel lcd (Mitsubishi 37" Lt37131(1080p) or samsung lns4051D(720p native))

I am not looking at other DLP because I can get the Mitsu WD52631 for only $1500. The LCDs would be a bit more for a smaller screen but I want the best picture quality and performance for games and movies.

Before anyone says it I know CRT direct view is still best but I just got rid of a Sony XBR960. Do not want to go down the CRT path again.

Thanks to anyone that helps me out!

I would definitely go with the Mitsu 52" DLP, especially for that price, and since it's 1080P. I use a 50" Samsung HL-R5067W rear projection DLP for gaming with a regular xbox, and an xbox 360 and it works great with both of them, no problems with audio or video delay on either, but then again I have some settings on my receiver to help with this.
